Stella Fay Metzner

Stella grew up in New York City and was always interested in health and the healing arts. Stella is a Reiki master from the Usui lineage. She practices and teaches Reiki is Brooklyn and in upstate New York. Stella has studied and worked with several other healing modalities, such as yoga and v-steam, and loves to combine all of them with her Mind Body Eating Coaching.
