I am passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and body and free themselves of symptoms such as binge eating, chronic dieting, weight issues, digestive upset, and fatigue. I use the tools I learned in the Mind Body Eating Coach program along with my training as a registered yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach to help my clients reach their goals in a holistic and compassionate way.
I believe that food is medicine, but also that who we are as an eater is equally as important as the food we put into our body. I would love to help you on your journey toward becoming a happier, healthier you.
