I have managed to transform my body and mindset as I lost 40 pounds. The road towards accomplishment wasn’t easy; I faced many obstacles. Some of those included bulimia, amenorrhea, poor sleep and unhealthy relationship with food. Working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, I realized how many people are misinformed on nutrition and exercise. It’s has since then become my mission to empower women to obtain health and overall wellness by adopting healthy habits.
