My own health journey led me to discover that a lot of my health issues were rooted in food sensitivies and allergies and I began a journey through food and nutrition to improve my health. I personally struggled with emotional eating issues for more than 30 years. I never thought that all my years of pain and obsession over my "weight" could ever be resolved.
