I am a certified holistic nutritionist, a Psychology of Eating Coach and certified in adult education. I have struggled through life with my own weight and body image issues and understand deeply how these can affect your happiness and well-being. I am also a plant-based chef and often cook for small groups so can put the theory into practice! I encourage clients to let go of the nutrition information overload and tune into their own body wisdom, as well as focusing on slowing down, stressing less and improving health one little baby step at a time.
