I have had many troubles surrounding food and body: emotional eating, self-attacking, digestive issues, lack of energy, constantly dieting… and I have comprehended my way through it thanks to all the tools I have learned!
I have been travelling, studying and living in different cultures since 2014.
I chose to go deep into the Psychology of Eating for the very same reason I decided to be a psychologist ten years ago: love.
I am determined to help others find the best version of themselves and have an empowering relationship with food in the same way I have transformed and strengthened myself as an eater.
