I am Spring Rayne – Mind Body Nourishment Health coach, author, and raw vegan chef. In my own life, I’ve overcome monumental health challenges from debilitating allergies to cancer and, over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same. Since my beginnings, I’ve faced challenged with allergies and food sensitivities. As soon as I was old enough to know what was going on, I became conscious of everything I put into my body. I made it my mission to stay abreast of the latest research and find practical ways to integrate it into daily life. That’s why I became a Gluten-Free, Vegan, Raw Food Chef, and have since expanded my knowledge to include Eating Psychology. I have found that including Eating Psychology allows us to really heal our lives on so many more levels than with diet alone.
