Sofia Yotova

Harmony is my destination. Food is my vehicle. Today I use food as an inspiration and a tool for navigating my internal battles. I perceive and treat food as a unique type of art, which enables you to transform your pain into artwork, thus navigating you through a slow and constructive healing process. But this hasn’t always been the case for me. I’ve personally struggled with emotional eating for over a decade to the extent where food controlled my life. At one point I realized that pretending food was not problematic for me was just denying the problem. And you cannot solve a problem you are not willing to have. That is when I created Foodie Boulevard – an online platform for healthy inspiration that uses food as a therapeutic strategy and helps people who struggle with their relationship with food cultivate a healthy and a constructive one.
