As a Registered Nurse for over three decades and watching as more and more medical conditions were being managed primarily with medications, I realized there must be more to health than medically managing symptoms and conditions.
I began investigating how poor nutrition and lifestyle factors, along with other commonly overlooked aspects of health, adversely impact overall health both physically and mentally. Successfully completing courses through the National Institute of Whole Health, I earned my certification as a Whole Health Educator. To help address other vital components of our everyday health concerns; weight, food choices and eating challenges, I earned my certification as an Eating Psychology Coach.
Helping clients improve and maintain health from a “Whole” person perspective, diving deeper into areas of life that can impact our health, habits, food and lifestyle choices, while incorporating Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition strategies, creates the opportunity for sustainable results & positive personal growth.
