I am a mindfulness-based practitioner in Los Angeles, wildly passionate about helping women heal their overeating and binge eating patterns and come into a harmonious, loving relationship with food and body. I believe that when we slow down and tune into what our bodies are telling us, our challenges with food transform into fertile ground for our most powerful, radiant selves to emerge. My own journey towards discovering peace with food and love for my body led me to become a yoga teacher, workshop facilitator, teacher, and eating psychology practitioner. I incorporate teachings from over a decade of study of food, health, and psychology into an individualized program tailored to meet your unique needs.
