Sarah Pachelli

Sarah Pachelli is a nutritional chef and a mind/body nourishment counselor based in New York and Los Angeles. After being diagnosed with psoriasis and having been failed by Western medicine’s limitations, she began exploring alternative modes of healing and ultimately cured her supposedly incurable autoimmune disease by changing her diet. This led her to culinary school at NYC’s Natural Gourmet Institute, where food is used for healing and nutritional courses are as mandatory as knife skills. She then worked as a line cook at Blue Hill and as sous chef for the president of Columbia University before launching her own nutritional personal cheffing business where she uses food as medicine to help clients cope with a whole host of ailments, from autoimmune disease and cancer to weight loss and cleansing. Sarah then became an Eating Psychology Coach from The Institute for the Psychology of Eating, bridging the gap between what we eat and how we feel.

As well as working with personal clients both culinarily and from a mind/body perspective, Sarah also co-leads yoga/nutritional counseling retreats in Sicily.
