I was on the brink of accepting extreme fatigue and extra weight as my new norms due to autoimmune diseases and digestive issues after years of various medications, alternative therapies, supplements, diets, and exercise routines had failed. Feeling defeated, and just tired of being tired, it finally dawned on me that I was overlooking the most important factor I could control; how I was nourishing my body. I took an honest look at the quality of the food I was eating, as well as, admitted that gluten intolerance was a reality for me, and I made some changes.
