Having studied Psychology at Edinburgh university I graduated with an MA. I later went on to learn about and work with holistic therapies and yoga. Looking to work with the individual as a whole not just a set of symptoms .
I struggled for many years with my own body image and weight issues and came to this work to guide others to become relaxed, healthy and content around food, weight, digestion and any other food related issues .
I’m excited now to bring all my experience to eating psychology and mind body nutrition coaching and in doing so, to coach people to get where they want to go.
