Mollie Spiesman

Mollie received her graduate degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Mollie specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, issues with self-esteem, disordered eating, stressful transitions, and navigating life’s everyday challenges. Mollie takes a strengths-based approach with her clients and always meets her client where they are in their journey. She does not believe in a “one size fits all” framework of therapy, and uses techniques from different modalities such as psychodynamic and CBT.
Mollie also trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, where she received her certification as a Mind- Body Eating Coach.
As a therapist, Mollie is compassionate and goal-oriented. Mollie looks forward to working with you to make long-lasting and positive lifestyle changes.
