Megan is a former ballet dancer and current fitness and health specialist. Through her training as a professional ballet dancer, she went through her own struggles with body image and over-exercising. She knows how tough it can be living in a body you hate and how it can spiral into every other area of your life. That is why it is her goal to help others find joy/peace not only in the bodies they are in, but also with the food they consume, and the type of exercise they participate in. Life is too short not to enjoy it but sometimes we all need a little help getting there. Megan is committed to working with clients from a place of both compassion and knowledge.
