I work with professional women who are struggling with their eating habits, no matter how extreme or insignificant they may feel it is.
This may be anything from binge eating, secret eating, stress eating, chronic dieting to simply being out of touch with eating habits.
I fuse dynamic eating psychology principles along with psychotherapy techniques to help these women gain clarity and control which leads to gaining their confidence again.
Eating challenge has many layers from following our body rhythm, macronutrients balance to emotional blocks or maybe even trauma.
I work one to one and in group formats. I of course also take on clients on occasion who have other struggles also, my door is never closed if I can help someone.
This is very much who I am and not what I do.
