Kate Hall-Shepard


Alongside her training with The Institute for the Psychology of Eating, Kate uses her professional training in mental health and functional nutrition to help women overcome depression and anxiety. Many times those symptoms can show up alongside issues with digestion, stress management, energy/fatigue, and an unhealthy relationship with food.
