Julie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Community Health Education which combine many of the main tenants of Dynamic Eating Psychology. She has spent the past 25 years devoting her life to improving the mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of both herself and others. She has been a wellness instructor teaching on topics such as Women and Depression and Humor and Health. She was also a psychology college adjunct instructor and competitive bodybuilder. For the past 18 years, Julie has administered numerous mental health programs for a local non profit agency. Her life long passion is to live as fully as we were designed and created to be and to assist others on that same journey.
