I have been a student of natural wellness for over 20 years and continue to learn and grow. Getting certified as a Mind Body Eating Coach has taken me to a whole new level on my journey.
My favorite health quote – “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live” by Jim Rohn speaks very well to the importance of playing an active role in the maintenance of our health. When provided with the right tools coupled with simple daily self-care routines, we can protect our most important asset, our health.
I have discovered a lot of things on my journey; through certifications programs I’ve taken, a lot of reading, watching a lot of holistic docuseries, listening to functional doctors and holistic practitioners share their knowledge. This has equipped me with extensive, cutting edge-knowledge in holistic nutrition, wellness coaching and prevention to help and support others.
As a Natural Wellness Coach and Advocate, my goal is to inspire, empower and support anyone who is interested and ready to practice their own self health care through meaningful action, nutrition and lifestyle modifications to protect their health, stay healthy and slow down the aging process.
In addition to being a Mind-Body Eating Coach, I am a graduate (M.P.A.) from Columbia University, a Redox Cellular Health Technology Educator, Turn Back Time Consultant (Arterial Stiffness Testing), and a certified Advanced Dietary Supplements Advisor. I am currently going through a Certified Detoxification Specialist program.
