I was drawn into this field as I used to binge eat in secret for close to 20 years before I finally healed my relationship with food.

The biggest problems my clients experience is that they’re unhappy with their body, spend hours each day obsessing over what they should or shouldn’t eat, but sometimes food is simply the only thing that makes them feel better and they binge in secret.
