My objective is to assist individuals to obtain a better relationship with food and fitness. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology so my passion for helping people has always been existent. When I realized that my relationship with food was less than subpar, I began a journey that mended my poor food choices and thoughts about diet. After achieving a better relationship with food and body, I decided to share my knowledge with others. My purpose is to help individuals initiate positive thoughts and actions towards food and diet in order to live healthy and thrive.
