I earned my psychology degree with an organizational field specialization from UDLA university (Ecuador), and have labored in this field for 19 years. At the age of 30, I discovered my passion for cycling. Since then, I have been self-educated in sports and nutrition due to various metabolic problems that did not allow me to lose weight and fulfill my athletic potential. I found the answers to my issues in the psychology of nutrition because the human being is holistic.
