Dayna worked in the field of personal wellness for over 20 years. She worked with diverse populations, from injured athletes to cancer survivors, helping others “shift” their bodies and their lives. As a wellness director she ran annual Women’s Wellness Weekends. Teaching and designing personal fitness & wellness programs tailored to individuals’ needs.( including stress management, healthy food and lifestyle choices.)
After receiving a Bachelors degree she attended the National School of Phytotherapy in New Mexico giving her a strong background in herbal medicine. Created and directs a private practice fusing yoga with weight loss programs, body building, and transformational body work.
Her expanded repertoire of holistic personal fitness and nutrition coaching exemplifies her
commitment to helping others rescript their mind/body relationship and transform their lives.
