We all have the power to heal ourselves. As a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercises, I have come to understand how connected the physical body is to the person’s mental state. I observe how a person’s physical state markedly improves when they learn to listen to their body and better understand the messages it is sending. The relationship we have with food is similar. There is so much to learn from our challenges. Beginning from a place of compassion, curiosity and observation, I accompany those who wish to develop inner skills and make lasting changes to their health and happiness. It is my privilege to help others gain perspective and develop personal tools to become their own healers. I love to share the message of empowerment with individuals as well as businesses, schools, and organizations through one on one consultations, hands-on workshops and programs.
