I graduated from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in May of 2015 and am excited to share all the amazing information I learned while a student. I am a mother of 3 terrific children and grandmother to 3 more and believe that while we all struggle with one issue or another, we can still lead happy and fulfilling lives.
