My path to finding the Institute began with a degree in Food Science and Nutrition, followed by a career as a product developer in the food industry. In 2006 I moved out of the food industry as I had become disheartened at the lack of consideration to the quality of the food being produced.
Since 2010 I have run a successful acupuncture and coaching practice.
