My name is Beverly Ram. I live in Mississauga, Ontario. I graduated with a Bachelor in Science of nursing and practice as an RN in the medical field. I have always struggled with my weight loss and health journey but have gained much knowledge and progress through my experience and training that helps me be able to share my story and guide others through similar struggles with their relationship to food and inner growth.
