Having been a personal trainer for several years, Beth became a health coach to fulfill a passion of working with people to improve their health. She focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes that work with each unique individual. As an eating psychology coach she focuses on helping clients with their relationship with food and their bodies. Her deepest desire is to help people on their journey to finding peace, pleasure, healthy and happiness.
