I am on a journey to help myself & others to nourish their body, mind & soul in the best way possible – by understanding and creating a healthy, nurturing relationship with food & with life.
For most of my life, I have been involved in health & wellness. As a professional, I have taught Group Exercise, been a Personal Trainer, a Chiropractic Assistant, Massage Therapist and a Sports & Fitness Director. Personally, I have run countless road races, been a student of yoga, meditation & mindfulness along with being a life-long learner of food & nutrition.
What is Joyfull Eating? It’s eating and living without shame, guilt or fear. It’s eating and living from a place of mindfulness, relaxation, intention. It’s about understanding your current relationship with food & eating and how that impacts your life. It’s also about how your life impacts your relationship with food & eating.
