Amy is a Certified Holistic Chef by The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts, and Eating Psychology Coach by The Institute for the Psychology of Eating specializing in mind-body nutrition and health supportive, conscious cooking. After years of chronic dieting, digestive concerns and low energy, Amy decided to experiment with intuitive eating, adopt a a more holistic, plant-forward lifestyle and attend culinary school to further her cooking skills. She also studied a variety of traditional healing methods including Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Vegetarian, Vegan and Raw foods. She understands there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition and she works with her clients to experiment and discover what works best for them and their goals, learn new cooking skills and have fun in the process! Her goal is to help you feel confident in your body and confident in your kitchen!
