Prior to coming across the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I couldn’t remember a day when food concerns and body image hadn’t been front and centre of my mind. As I had striven to get to my “correct” weight, I found myself completely confused by the endless supply of conflicting information about diet and food and ultimately lost confidence in what to eat. The Institute and its Dynamic Eating Psychology Training have been a revelation for reframing my relationship with food and body. What a relief! For the first time in my life, I feel more relaxed around food and my body.
