I’ve had digestive issues all my life. I gained weight, lost weight and was always bloated and often hangry. I first discovered I was lactose intolerant in my early 20s and years later found out I was also gluten intolerant. After trial and error, elimination diets and various healthy eating programs, I found that eating clean was the solution I was looking for. I’ve learned that eating healthy is not about deprivation, but balance. My goal is to help others find a balance that works for them because what works for me may not work for you. A few years ago, I decided to get more serious about helping others and became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I am now certified as a Mind Body Eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and a Fitness and Nutrition Coach through Fit Chicks Academy.
