My passion for this work was born out of overcoming my own challenges with food and weight, and is driven by the beliefs that our Relationship with Food should be a source of Nourishment and Pleasure, not Health Issues, Stress, Frustration and Guilt; and that Food should give us Health and Energy to live our lives to the fullest, not to shorten our lives.

I specialise in helping people to deal with: yo-yo dieting, stubborn unwanted eating habits, overeating, stress and emotional eating, lack of willpower, procrastination, self-sabotage, cultural and social barriers to eating habits change. I help my clients to uncover underlying issues that drive unhealthy eating behaviours, identify thinking and behaviour patterns that are fueling unhealthy relationships with food, guide and coach them through the process of shifting their mindset, transforming their relationship with food and changing their eating habits for good.
