Sarah has always had a strong interest in health and nutrition. She was an athlete in her younger years playing competitive sports and training for marathons. She, herself, has struggled with disordered eating, weight, and body image issues and knows from personal experience how this impacts our over-all wellness. She is a wife and mother of 2 girls and has spent the last decade becoming a nutritional expert due to their complex medical challenges.
She has a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in the Art of Teaching. She is certified as an Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach and has enjoyed her experience working with clients in this area of health and wellness. She has a kind and gentle approach to coaching and works well with highly sensitive clients. She is passionate about the heart-work involved with Eating Psychology Clients, loves “going deep” and feels it is such a powerful gift to witness and support her clients on their healing journey.
Aside from coaching, Sarah enjoys working on her organic hobby farm, spending time with her family, and sharing her passion and knowledge for healthy living.
