Food and body image concerns can run your life and seriously impact your emotional and mental wellbeing. While your effort around diet or exercise often feels like the best choice at the time, in the long run it probably keeps you from actually feeling good or being who you want to be. I work with clients who might look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel exhausted and “not good enough.” I help them make shifts in their relationships with food so that their food supports their mood and they can become the “fullest” versions of who they’re meant to be.
