Regina Hill

In 1983, I began studying to become a nurse, I quickly realized it was not the way I wanted to help people. I felt as though the field lacked what I considered the most important aspects of healing.

Finding a more natural way to heal myself lead me to study massage therapy, colon therapy and nutrition. I later found Yoga which brought me to a new level of awareness of my body and spirit.

In 2010-2012, I had the opportunity to work with preteen and teenage girls in the public school system. The damage done by our culture in how they viewed their bodies and food was heartbreaking. As a young girl growing up in the 60’s and 70’s, I absorbed these same cultural messages and internalized them, but the intensity of these influences on our children today is shocking.

My own healing path with food and body issues eventually brought me to Marc David’s work. This work feels like home to me. Earning my Eating Psychology Coach certificate has given me the tools to be a guide, mentor and educator in helping people focus on being the person they are meant to be.
