The Mind Body Coach certification has given me new tools and skills but, more importantly, it has deepened my understanding of the entire human experience around food, body, weight and unwanted eating challenges.
The most important takeaway – all our challenges around food, body, weight and eating have a reason for being.
When we understand this, we become better equipped to make the meaningful lasting change we seek, and do so in a way that serves all levels of our being – the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.
