I was a happy child who grew up, watching my mom and sister constantly talking about diets and body weight. At 13 years old, I passed through a difficult moment with eating disorders. Finally recovered at 16-17 years old. I then gain a lot of weight, which had me trying different diets and ways to lose weight, including vegetarian and vegan diets. Three years ago, I decided to stop dieting, eat healthily, and take care of myself physically and emotionally. I decided to let go of what I didn't want and needed in my life, so I can finally feel in peace and love with myself.
