Working as a Psychologist focused in nutrition for the past 20 years. Now integrated the mind body eating perspective to keep up with clients’ needs and dive deep into their eating concerns, mood-related tasks, as well as immunity and energy matters. Eager to have a deeper approach so I could help my clients/patients in a sustainable manner. With the mind body eating approach, I was impressed with the deep work that I was applying to myself and many healing paths. This approach considers a person’s journey through life and how experiences, relationships, and traumas, significantly impact the way we relate to food. So it’s healing those aspects in life that will heal our relationship with the way we eat.
