Monica Sanchez

My journey to a healthier relationship with food and body image started when I was 10 years old, at the age of 18 I realized that eating made me fat so I just starved myself. After having my twins the pressure of being a perfect Mom inside and out was so strong that it became clear to myself that I needed to change my perspective around food and body. Eating Psychology became my passion and my purpose and now I love helping women to listen to their bodies rather than listen to the media, to believe in their inner wisdom instead of believing what the magazines say about what a good Mom should be or look like. I love to help women to understand that our relationship with food could be the symptom of a deeper wounding, or even, a survival mechanism that needs our attention. I’m honored to be able to guide you in this journey called life so you feel good with who you are right now, powerful and strong.
