I am Mery and I am a psychologist and health coach. I help women improve their relationship with food and live a life without restrictions. My job focusses on the three pillars that I consider fundamental in order to treat your bad relationship with food: BO-HE-MI (Body, Heart, Mind). The basis that carries us through and shapes our personality. Knowing, understanding and respecting them is the only way to achieve a lasting change. You must change the fundamentals inside of you before you can see progress on the outside, not vice versa. If you learn to understand your body, you will know how to take care of yourself while eating.
