My own health journey led me to discover that a lot of my health issues were rooted in food sensitivies and allergies and I began a journey through food and nutrition to improve my health. However, stress and the emotional mind+body connection is undervalued in most realms of “health coaching” and I fell in love with The Slow Down Diet and the body wisdom approach to improving our health and quality of life. I love working with clients to discover more about how small changes make a big impact!
