I have lived several lives: psychology researcher, science journalist, and contemporary dancer. From a young age I struggled with disordered eating and body image issues, finding that no matter how much I achieved, or how perfectly I followed nutrition and exercise programs, I never felt good enough. Later in life I struggled with leaky gut and food allergies/intolerances. From my personal and professional experiences I have collected the tools to overcome these challenges, find a true love of self, and lead a joyful and fulfilling life. My coaching draws from psychotherapy techniques, movement-based therapy, mindfulness practices, and of course, Eating Psychology principles. I am very excited to help others on their path to wholeness, wellness and happiness.
