Like many of my clients, I used to struggle with all of these challenges and more. I’ve learned that creating a healthy mind, body, and soul is about so much more than simply what we eat. Conscious effort and self-love are the foundation for true change.

In addition to my training through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from ISU. I am also a Yoga Sculpt teacher trained through CorePower Yoga.

I offer one-on-one coaching, mindfulness workshops, and yoga instruction.
