I have a passion for working with women who are emotionally eating, binge eating, and/or chronic dieting after many years of experiencing these issues myself. As a Mind Body Eating Coach I am trained to understand the complexities behind your eating habits and am committed to helping you find peace in your relationship with food and your body.
I have been supporting women for over 25 years and as a Counsellor, Art Therapist, and Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner I have many different tools to assist you and I draw from these to offer the best support for you as an individual.
My approach is centered around empowerment and encouragement, and I believe in the power of self-care and self-compassion. Together, we can work towards you living your life in a way that feels aligned with your values and is meaningful and purposeful.
