I became an Eating Psychology Coach because of my own health journey, which goes back to 2009, officially, and unofficially to birth – as well as my passion to help people. I feel that diet and emotions go hand in hand and that it’s equally as important to address the emotional side of eating. Finding out why we eat is as necessary as what we eat. I have discovered that each person’s weight loss journey is unique, and women in particular need to focus on more than just diet to help them lose weight (especially if they have tried LCHF or another diet before). Addressing the emotional side of eating, lifestyle and poor gut health, in conjunction with tweaking the diet if necessary, are all important elements when it comes to healing the body and keeping the weight off. I would love nothing better than to help you live a fuller, happier life.
