Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I love to love and receive so much by supporting others on their healing journeys. I’ve been a nurse since 2007. While I enjoy and respect the profession, I knew I was scratching the surface on how I could support people’s best health. My IPE certification is a direct response to the suffering and need I saw as a nurse and diabetes educator. This offering allows me to bring my whole self to the table to help you step into the fullness of who you are. I’m here to help you find more time, energy and confidence by not overthinking food and body image challenges. I’m all about you enjoying your life and positively impacting the world around you. I love supporting what makes people wholeheartedly alive, happy, and fulfilled- and finding healing with eating and body image challenges is key to that mission.
