I am a health and wellness coach with a Bachelor’s in Sport Psychology, a diploma in Exercise Science, a Certificate in Nutrition and a certificate in The Psychology of Eating. I work with clients and coach them to better their overall health and wellness by looking at how all aspects of life can affect their health as a whole. I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle should be flexible and fun and does not dwell on calories, fads, or restrictive diets. I understand how important coaching can be in helping people accomplish long sought-after goals and how coaching can ultimate set someone up for long term success on their journey to improved health and wellness.
