It’s been said in this training that how you “do food” is how you “do life”. After 52 years of living on this planet, I was open and ready to hear that statement. How about you? How do you “do life”? Busy, hurried, checked out, numb, anxious? I’ve been all of those things and more. Through this training I’ve been able to slow down, take a deep breath and LISTEN to what my body has to say. It’s okay to find pleasure in food, to nourish yourself, to experience joy.
I’ve learned life changing practices, (these do take work and practice, there is no magic quick fix it pill) that can help you lose weight, have more energy, heal your digestion, improve your immunity and more. I’m so happy to be able to help you on your own healing journey!
