Jess graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, is a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, and is finishing the NTA’s Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Program Spring of 2018. Jess prioritizes widespread integrative education so she can further her life’s work of helping women, everywhere, become more whole: Physically, Emotionally, and Mentally. She works with clients to heal their relationship with their body through scientifically backed nourishment strategies, movement plans, and psychological work. Jess practices integrative care that works to heal all parts of you because, as is the motto at Wholly Healed: “whole humans should be treated with whole care.” Her specialty includes (but is not limited to) helping women break free of the emotional and physical repercussions caused by restrictive
